I'm a new member but have already fallen in love with Octopus Garden! Kind, compassionate teachers. I have received lots of friendly smiles, excellent instruction and encouragement. It's been fun, challenging and exhilarating. And after just one month or so, I already feel positive change in my body and my outlook. So thank-you Jesse, John, Scott and Pat (and Scottie). See you soon. Gina

Awesome post. I've come across many yoga posts lately talking about the benefits of "sticking it out" when things get tough, and then relating that idea to life outside of yoga. That concept has definitely been speaking to me recently, and I appreciate you sharing that mantra. I had a period of a couple of years when I fell out of love with yoga, and while we had short break, we're now back together and growing into our new relationship. Best of luck to you.

Meghan, I am so proud of you!
And the idea of home is one I don't believe I've considered often enough, but it's a super powerful message, and one I'm so happy you've touched on!
Thank you for your wonderful work!

Hi Kyo,

It was wonderful to have you in the early morning classes. Scott and I are planning to teach a 5-day early morning practice that will be preregistered and not require membership. We will be posting the new schedule sometime mid-month; please check back!

I am wondering if the early morning classes at the new Octopus Garden location will be preregistered or if the membership pass will apply?

I would love to benefit from an OG membership but I am unable to "drop-in" on a regular basis with the exception of early mornings when I can arrange childcare.

The early morning practice has been such a wonderful addition to my life and I would love to find a way to make it financially viable (i.e. so I might attend 4 times a week).

Thank you,
